PRIVACY
Built on trust.
Explained clearly.
Your information serves one purpose: responding to you and understanding your project.
The information you share
Our forms collect your name, email, any contact details you choose to add and information about your project. We use them to consider your enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you. We do not sell your data or subscribe you to a newsletter.
How we handle your enquiry
Enquiries are kept in an encrypted database and sent to our contact address through Amazon Web Services SES in the Paris region. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry. The default retention period is twelve months from receipt, unless a business relationship requires separate follow-up.
The assistant, if you choose it
The analysis is optional. General indicators are extracted locally: solution type, timeframe, budget range, topics covered and whether details have been provided. Only these indicators are sent to the model through OpenRouter. Your name, company, contact details, original message and free-text answers are never sent to AI. You can finish without continuing the analysis.
Security and preferences
Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against automated submissions. It may process technical information needed for this verification. This website does not use advertising trackers or audience analytics. Your appearance preference may be stored locally in your browser.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of information linked to your enquiry through our contact form, stating the purpose of your request. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing information.
